Study seats are reservable by gw residential students and those gw students faculty and staff who are authorized to be on campus.

With the decision to hold fall 2020 semester courses on line all student event bookings for this academic year through events venues have been cancelled and new requests currently cannot be submitted. There are currently 18 different rooms located on the third and fourth floors of the marvin center with varying square footage that can hold up to 151 people.

The mssc grants room reservations to individuals groups that provide some cultural educational or overall beneficial opportunities to the. The grand ballroom is located on the third floor of the marvin center and hosts a variety of events. Registered student organizations who wish to rent a classroom must submit a room reservation request the requestor must be an authorized scheduler. Special social distancing guidelines will be in place. At the multicultural student services center mssc we understand the importance of space for our students and their student organizations for academic and student life purposes such as study hours student meetings events and workshops. Once a decision has been reached on when and how campus will open up again student organizations will be contacted regarding the process to submit new event.

Classroom scheduling is done on a priority basis. Reservations may be placed for up to three hours.
